StudyHype AI: Study Helper

You can request deletion of your StudyHype AI account and the account data we store, whether or not you still have the app installed.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our systems (Supabase):

Email address
Full name
Profile photo / avatar URL
Bio, study goal, and institution
Subscription / trial status linked to your account

What isn't affected

Notes, tasks, calendar events, Pomodoro history, and AI history are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Deleting your account does not erase these automatically — clear them from within the app or uninstall the app to remove them.

Purchase records held by Google Play (for subscriptions) are managed by Google under its own retention policy and aren't something we can delete on your behalf.

How to request deletion

Send a request from the email address associated with your StudyHype AI account:

Or email sncodext727@gmail.com directly with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address on your account.

What happens next

We verify the request is coming from the account owner.
We permanently delete your account and the account data listed above within 30 days.
We send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
